Tea Cultivars

  • Fujikaori: Jasmine-like fragrance, branded in Fujieda

  • Fushun: Late-maturity with strong cold resistance
  • Harumidori: Luxury tea with rich aroma and umami unique to Sencha

  • Koushun (Koshun): Medium maturing cultivar with unprecedented perfume
  • Meiryoku: Durable medium-maturity cultivar resistant to stress such as drought

  • Okuhikari: Late-maturity cultivar with superior aroma and fine color of infusion when brewed, suitable for mountainous areas

  • Okumidori: Combine with "Yabukita" to extend the harvesting period

  • Ryofu: Durable medium-maturity cultivar resistant to stress such as drought

  • Saemidori: Early-maturity cultivar, excellent quality, expanding cultivation area

  • Sawamizuka: High-quality, high-yield late-maturity cultivar, attracting attention at joint factory

  • Shunmei: It is a good early-maturity cultivar with a germination period and a plucking period four to six days earlier than “Yabukita”
  • Tsuyuhikari: High-quality high-yield cultivar, resistant to anthracnose
