How to prepare Chinese tea

 

Using Chinese teapot, Chahu

Enjoy tea by large size teapot and teacups.

 

This is how to prepare Chinese tea without Kung Fu Tea set. Basic technique is the same as preparing green tea with Japanese teapot and teacups. It is a way to enjoy teas such as Pu'ercha, black (dark) tea, green tea and red (reddish black) teain larger teapot and teacups.  

 

STEP 1

Warm a teapot and teacups with boiling hot water.

 

STEP 2

Discard hot water in the teapot, put tea leaves (3 grams / person).

 

STEP 3

Pour hot water to the teapot, brew for 1 to 2 minutes.

 

STEP 4

Serve into teacups evenly. In case of Pu’ercha, discard the first brewing, and serve the second brewing.
