How to store green tea (For the sellers)

Aroma, taste, and the brewed tea color are the three most important elements of judging the quality of black tea. Good black tea has a fragrance of flower, pleasant astringency taste, and the color of red transparent. The color of brewed black tea varies from yellow - red - blown. When new tea leaves are brewed, the color of tea is usually clear. When the aged tea leaves, which was well preserved for more than 2 years, are brewed, the water color becomes darker and thicker. The color of brewed tea also can look different, depending on what types of cups are used for serving tea. Shallow, thin and delicate types of cup are more appropriated for serving tea as "straight" or tea with lemon to enjoy the clear color. If you are serving tea with milk, choose the heavy and thick style cups for the better looks. Some black tea smells like a flower, and some has refreshing fragrance. There is a type of black tea, which smells almost like a medicine or herb. New tea leaves usually have refreshing fragrance, and well preserved aged tea leaves have smell sweet and mellow . It is better to serve black tea with a strong fragrance in the bigger cup, and for the delicate aroma tea, use small cup for serving to avoid leading to a loss of taste and aroma. Some black tea are appropriated to drink as "straight", some are better to add lemon or milk as you drink. Black tea is drunk in many different countries with many different ways of drinking. According to your preference, try to find the best tea and the way of drinking for yourself from the tremendous choice.
