Tea is something essential to my life. Tea can make me relax, give some peace and make my life rich. Even when I am really busy with my show business or engraving work, if I sit for a moment for a cup of tea, I feel my body and soul are refreshed instantly. I've been living in Japan since I was a child, but the custom of drinking Chinese tea has been always a part of my life. That was "Gong Fu Cha" , a way to enjoy tea of Taiwan. This is a great way to enjoy not only its sweet taste, but also the gorgeous fragrance of Chinese tea. Recently green tea has become popular in Europe. However, many Foreigners are only familiar with better test of Macha and unfamiliar with mild sweet taste of the other type of green tea. In that meaning, I hope the tea festival will the an opportunity to introduce many varieties of Japanese tea to people around the world.
