The oldest way of taking tea

The country side of Vietnam near the Hanoi, people traditionally drink simple processed tea. Tea leaves are rubbed lightly freshly picked tea and poured the hot water and wait for 2-3 minutes before drinking it. (Hiboshi cha) Freshly picked tea is dried at the shade and brewed in the pot. Yao minority group in China drink this fork style of tea. This type of tea was also drank in the Sanin area of Japan. (Bamboo tea) Cut two sections of bamboo and leave the lower part empty. Pour water in the upper section of bamboo. Place the bamboo in the fire to boil the water inside. Fresh tea leaves are placed in the boiling water part after lightly rubbed for 3-4 times. Boil for 2-3 minutes and pour into the cup and drink. (Senjicha) In Japan, we call "Sen(brew)cha" for green tea. However, Japanese green tea is not usually boiled in the pot. They are normally extracted in the hot water. The northern part of China, tea is still commonly boiled and brewed in to pot, which is similar to the ancient way of making tea.
