Serving English style tea ( tea with milk)

In England, when they serve black tea, they often add milk. In Japan, we call this style of tea "Royal milk tea" and they are sold at the tea shops. In India, they also add milk to the black tea and it is called "Chai". However, to make Chai, milk is always mixed in the pot. Today, let me tell you how to make British style tea with milk. 1. Prepare any kind of black tea. Put extra amount of tea leaves into the pot. 2. To make light colored tea, use Darjeeling, from India, or Nuwara Eliya, from Sri Lanka. 3. To make dark colored tea, use Assam ,from India ,Kenya, or Chinese black tea. 4. Consider the amount of milk you will add later, and pour less hot water into the pot. 5. Wait for 5 minutes. 6. Prepare the milk. Add some heavy cream in the milk for a rich taste. How to make tea with milk in the pot? 1. Put black tea leaves in the paper filter bag, and put it in the pot. 2. Pour water into the pot until the water covers the filter bag. 3. Turn on the stove and boil for 3 to 4 minutes until tea is ready. 4. Remove the filter bag from the pan. 5. Add some milk in the pan. Before the temperature reaches the boiling point, turn off the stove. 6. Add a bit of salt. 7. If you want to make the tea rich, add some butter. If you add butter, do not add any salt.
