Application for the Members of the World Green Tea Association

We are receiving applications for individual members and organizational members who can support our association financially.
| Membership Privileges |
We will send you the periodicals, ‘ Ryokucha-Tushin ’twice a year(published in Japanese) or Japanese tea leaves(50g×twice /year), and brochures.
*100g for about 100cups of tea(50ml cup)(3g per about 50ml cup ×a few times)
We will keep you informed about forums, symposiums and lectures. |

Please use International Postal Money Order for the payment.
(You will pay a transfer fee.)

Please fill out the required information of the withdraw form and send it to us.
<Note>
*We will ask you to pay annual fees even if you decide to join or leave the membership at the middle of a year(Japanese fiscal year is from April to March),and kindly remit sufficient funds to cover bank charges both domestic and overseas. |
