Ingredients (2 servings)
Pie with green tea flavor
·2 sheets pie
·1 piece egg mixture
Mixed ingredients with tea
·20g (2/3 oz) uncooked tea leaves or the remains of freshly drawn tea
·100g (3 1/2 oz) minced meat of chicken
·each 1 tablespoon
·sugar, mirin, soy sauce
·starch
·1/2 tablespoon salad oil
·walnut

To shape pie sheets:
Spread a pie sheet to round or square type, if desired. Shape into 7cm square.
To make the mixed ingredients with tea:
Boil tea leaves swiftly, cut it into a proper size, heat salad oil in a pan, sauté it with minced meat. Add sugar, soy sauce, mirin. Sauté and boil in bitter-sweet flavor until the liquid is gone, then chill.

To wrap all the ingredients in pie sheet:
Wrap nut and ingredients of (2) between pie sheets. Coat egg mixture along the edge of pie, fold in two to shape, score the upper portion, and pull the air off.
Coat with egg mixture and heat in oven at 220ºC for 15 minutes. Low the heat and grill until brown.
