Ingredients (4 servings)
·50g black soybean boiled sweet
·1 egg-white
·10g sugar
·3/4 cup milk
·2/3 tablespoons powdered gelatin
·11/2 tablespoons water
·1/2 white egg
·1 teaspoon tea powdered green tea or powder
·1/2 tablespoon green tea liqueur
Green tea herb sauce
·1 teaspoon powder tea or powdered-green-tea
·1 branch mint
·1/2 cup water
·30g sugar
·2 teaspoon cornstarch
Decoration
·40g two pieces dishes-boiled-in-soy-and-sugar
·A little whipped cream
·A little herb

Make green tea herb sauce. Put water, a branch of mint, and sugar into a pan, boil and simmer it until thick and creamy with cornstarch and then cool it down. After cooling down, add the melted powdered green tea (or powder tea) into it.
The boiled black soybean in soy and sugar should be strained before that. Steep powdered gelatin in water doubled in quantity.
Add milk into the mixture of sugar and egg yolk, combined it with the strained black soybean, and boil it. Melt it quickly and add gelatin to it.
Cool it down on the ice, and add the melted powder tea or powdered green tea. As soon as it becomes thick and creamy, blend it with the whipped white egg, pour it into the cup and harden. Stick a black soybean on the edge of a cup at the time of pouring; it will attract one's eye.
Extract whipped cream, decorate a black soybean and herb, and add the sauce of (1) to it.
