 | Put
lukewarm water into highest-quality
green
tea,
and wait for a while, and return
softly. |

 | Season
white-fleshed fish with a pinch
of salt and pepper, sprinkle flour
on it, dust excessive powder off. |
 | Set
a frying pan on the fire, melt butter
and bring white-fleshed fish into
a pan from skin side, bake it with
shaking a frying pan forward and
backward. Turn it over as soon
