It is usually said that Vitamin C and E are effective to cosmetic treatment. Especially, Vitamin E has a big efficacy to keep youthful. Though Vitamin C and E are also contained in tea in addition to teanin or catechin, these nutritions are taken with all ingestion. This food is not only delicious but also effective to recover from fatigue.


Ingredients (4 servings)
·4 pieces white-fleshed fish (For example, sea bream)
·A pinch of salt and pepper
·proper quantity flour
·2 tablespoon Butter
·11/2 tablespoons white wine
Green tea sauce
·1 tablespoon pine nuts
·1 tablespoon
Highest-quality-green-tea(Gyoku Ro)
·1 tablespoon Grated cheese
·3 tablespoon lukewarm water
·3 tablespoon olive-oil
·Each proper quantity a white asparagus
·cherry tomato and lemon

Put lukewarm water into highest-quality green tea, and wait for a while, and return softly.
Season white-fleshed fish with a pinch of salt and pepper, sprinkle flour on it, dust excessive powder off.
Set a frying pan on the fire, melt butter and bring white-fleshed fish into a pan from skin side, bake it with shaking a frying pan forward and backward.
