The nutrition such as protein and vitamin B1 contained in pork works effectively to recover from exhaustion. · 250g minced pork  wrapping sheet for green
jade mixed dumplings
· 50g Bamboo shoot

· 100g Celery 
·2g Powder tea or powdered green tea
· 50g torn littleneck

· 1/2 teaspoons Salt
· 1 tablespoon Sugar
· 1 tablespoon Alcohol
· 2 teaspoon Soy sauce
· 1/2 teaspoons Sesame oil
· 1 tablespoon starch obtained from potatoes

· 1 tablespoon ten cha (preparing powdered tea)

Make the wrapping sheet for a green jade dumpling. Shake the extra-strength flour with powder tea (or powdered green tea), put it into a ball, pour hot water, and knead it with hand. Lay it down for 40 minutes with a damp cloth.
Make (1) in cylindrical, divide it into 30 or 40 pieces. Extend one piece at a time to 7 or 8cm in diameter with a rolling pin.
Chop all the ingredients into small. Add <A> and mixes it well. Ten cha is also added.
In the middle of the wrapping sheet which is spread thin in (2), bean jam of (3) is put. Wrap it up with removing its pleats.
Boil enough water, (4) is added and boiled. When it comes to float, eat it with the two-cup vinegar containing spice.
