Tea with butter?

Tibetan people live primary in Tibet, and the Chinese provinces of: Qinghai, Suchuan, Yunnan and Gangshou. They follow their own form of Buddhism. Most of the 5 million people are either nomads or farmers. Suucha is the name of the tea drunk daily by Tibetans. Suucha is made with brick tea, Gyak butter and rock salt. The brick tea that is used for this tea comes from Suchuan and Yunnan province of China This is a very important source of nutrition for the people who live in 3000 m2 elevation highland.

This shows how much British people love drinking tea. Afternoon tea, which starts after 4:00p.m., usually comes with sandwiches or scones with butter and jam, and milk. People take extra care in using hot boiled water to make tea, and most of the people in England drink strong tea mixed with milk, and often use sugar.
